Same here SL. Going for a paddle later. Not brave enough to swim though. It is still Scotland and the water is bloomin cold

Sun has burned back some of the fog, so it's quite pleasant for now.

Pleased to announce clear blue skies, warm sunshine. We've had a long wait, but glad we've got it now. Great weather to take our grandkids to the beach! Eldest always has to have a paddle, but usually ends up soaked top to toe.

Lots of towels required then? Have you tried one of those doggy dry bags, where the whole dog except the head is put in to wriggle off the water
HOT!

Brilliant drying weather - Hand washed 2 T-shirts at 10.30 this morning.
Bone dry at 1.30pm.

Our car was 33 again this morning then dropped to 27 whilst driving
Don't know whether to keep windows shut or allow a breeze through which is warm
Curtains shut!

Our fridge thermometer read 16.4 !!!!!! It definably can't cope with this weather.
Its about 30c - 37% humidity( so that's not too bad) out there now
though there is breeze now.

Cooling as the sun drops. Spent the evening on our patio ……….. clear skies, swifts wheeling, wren nagging ……. not quiet then

The thermostat says it's only 75ºF = 23.889ºC
If it's not broken, I'm going to save a fortune on my heating bill this winter.

Lovely and warm today, sea mist came in around 7pm, making it much cooler - good for sleeping and cooling down bedrooms.
Downside to lovely weather is warm spells create fog at sea, the husband was due home 3days ago but is stuck on an oil rig (somewhere between shetland and norway) as the helicopters cant fly in fog. Missing him!
