Bright here today.
Not hot, had to put jeans & socks on this afternoon. Tragic

Taz you just might cope, sunny but not too hot

It was 32 in the shade by our garage here in Devon at midday. I've been in vest and short shorts since I came back from shopping. Socks in mid June Limpy

Ha ha - I've still been in my jeans and boots but did wear a t-shirt instead of a jumper. It's been really warm here today but I am just not in summer mode and, actually, I have only got boots and trainers I realised today - no summer footwear at all. Might have to drag myself around the shops tomorrow..

I feel I should clarify the socks thing, they are required IN the house.
I live in an old stone house with quite thick walls - 4' thickest 2'thinnest in main old part of the house. It stays cool - usually go outside to warm up

Mind you, it's not got above 15C here today.

Taz - you do realise don't you that if and when you get summer footwear winter will break out

Limpy I had socks on too. Still not as bad as few years ago, when my lightweight linen trousers never saw the light of day. Weather was so bad. Think that was 2 years back. I was in jeans all through that summer, unheard of!

Weather getting boring. Where's the sunshine? SIL has promised to bring some when she & my brother visit in 2 weeks. They'd better, or I'll send them home.

It's very humid here today and the wind is getting up - forecast at speeds of 40km per hour so just been outside to make sure that tomatoes are tied up adequately - high winds sometimes lift the plants out.

Expected thunder storms last night but they didn't come ..... probably later - we need some of the wet stuff !!

Warm - had to come indoors. I've taken off my socks

...... will wait until the Autumn sales, my feet have grown at least half a size so will need to buy lots of shoes ....... I grudge the time going shoe shopping

Lovely and sunny this morning. Sat in the garden and listened to the singing in the church. Then it clouded over all afternoon but lovely sunny evening now.

I live in Norfolk and it has been sunny here all day, no socks and strapless top kinda sunshine.......lovely though and got red arms yesterday from more sunshine xxx
