We are sitting in the evening sun, birds singing: air is absolutely still, no breeze but plenty of small flies!

Very warm here in Worcestershire ,hubby just mowed the lawn and off now to walk to the local town before it gets too hot though I feel sticky already- the joys of hot flushes !
Finally feel all the side effects of starting citalopram have worn off and feeling better in myself- Doc says to stay with 10mgs for now and hope for more improvement.Hope everyone has a nice day.
