Think it must have a wind chill too Linsey. Blooming freezing. Heating been on too. Knew I'd switched it off too soon.  ;D Never cast a cloot as they say.

It's horrible here... hot and sunny... swap with you Linsey and CG  ;D

I have been really good and had a walk in the sunshine with bare arms yesterday - I've listened to the docs advice re vitamin D - but I much prefer to sit inside and look at it rather than be in it.
