Windy and wet here today, but nowhere as bad as yesterday, which again was horrendous, really string winds gusting 80 mph (AGAIN) and torrential rain.
We bottled out and went to stay near a favourite restaurant so we could have a nice meal and listen to somebody else's property getting damaged. The wind and rain / hail were horrible, the broadband kept going down.
Had a smashing meal, but the bed was one of these fashionable wooden ones which OH kept on walking into and bruising his knee. He is much happier now we are home and know there is no major damage, just another damaged slate.
