Ok, so now it looks less likely to snow.
Still felt awfully cold when getting out of the car this afternoon.

9 - We aspired to 9.
We got down to 4 when coming back over the tops / moors this afternoon.
It was 6 when we got back, but it still didn't feel flash.

witnessed first frost this morning, neighbour was clearing his windscreen .......... clouds moving in, probably snow  ???   :o

There's snow on all the mountains opposite.
It was white around the house, hail. Looked pretty but it's melted now.
Chilly, it was 1° at at 7:45 this morning, rocketed up up a massive 3° now.

It's absolutely beautiful weather here in York - cold, crisp and clear - I just wish I could be out in it instead of stuck in a stuffy, over-heated office.

We have some mountain snow too. Looks stunning in the sunshine.

Went to M&S today and bought a long thick polo neck jumper to wear with leggings, and be prepared for the snow and cold weather to come, but am taking it back on Thursday as it is scratchy round my neck ::)

I used to always wear polo necks in winter, but can't stand them round my neck anymore. So now wear lightweight snoods, which I can take off if I get uncomfortable.
