POURED until mid-afternoon, we were meeting a friend not seen for 7 months for a walk this morning: took the camper instead and had a picnic inside in the warm. Sharp frost threatened across the UK tonight

We had rain this morning, it stopped around midday so was able to go for a walk.
Very chilly now and a bit blowy.

More snow on the mountain top opposite.
Usually happens about this time of year and lasts till April / May ish.................

My goodness snow! I miss the idea of it and the fun we had with the kids in it but not the reality of it. I am going to be rotten and tell you that it's lovely and warm so we're having bbq for son's birthday (19). The weather is certainly heating up

The first frost of the season - lovely crisp cold sunny day and beautiful autumn colours as the trees finally start to turn after our hot summer and mild autumn. I love days like this!

We had a cold front....46F....and my back is hurting....it always starts up with low barometric pressure changes.

I don't do well with cold weather.
