Dull after hazy sunshine.

Utterly revolting!! 33 in my garden and 34 upstairs in my house. No sleep again tonight i suspect! Oh moan moan moan!!

Ceiling fan on in bedroom tonight me thinks,I'd be lost without it girls !

I don't own a fan, never had one but I am going to buy one because I truly can't cope with this. Our house is usually cool and the sitting room is a darn sight cooler than upstairs but it is suffocating today.

I own fan, huge thing it is but hubby won't let me use it in hot weather, says it only circulates hot air, bit like himself.

we have a table fan on in the bedroom, one in the sitting room and a large floor fan on in the dining room which I leave on at night too for the dog who sleeps in there.  It is unbearable without them on and all windows plus back door open too.  26 degrees in our sitting room this evening but rather airless.

18 degrees in mine, one advantage of living in a tenement! Not so good in winter though

Have you room for a little person nearly50, I'll bring cake!! 

Upstairs is now up to 37. Home alone tonight, if I can't sleep again I may just try to set up camp downstairs. Don't think the back will cope with sleeping on the sofa though!

37 sounds awful - reminds me of the summer I lived in Toronto and my friend would lie in a cold bath with her pyjamas on before going to bed. Not sure I recommend that though.

We could come off really well here nearly50.

They are offering cake......we could split them between us and eat lots of yummy things.

Even a tent in the garden might do.

Oh now that's a good idea.

When they come up here we could feed them either Killie or Macaroni pies with a deep fried Mars Bar thrown in for pud. 

Mind you we might get eels from them

Oooh no I'd like to be up there with a hurricane, certainly beats the hells fires here tonight. Thunder storms were predicted but nought's appeared. Bored with this now.
