Sunshine!
Chilly.  Some blue sky.

Menopause rowing boat then ? ......... we LOVE the Isle of Sky and would like to get to the Isle of Man but apparently that can be a bit of a ruff trip.  Arran sounds lovely  ;)

This has brought back memories. When I was around five I really loved this song and learnt the words - or what I thought were the words. To me it will always be "Larry the lamb is born to be King".  I was  most disappointed when my mum pointed out that it was "Carry the man...."

I also used to sing at the top of my voice during Sunday School... "I will make you vicious old men if you follow me..." instead of "fishers of". I often thought He didn't sound like someone I would particularly like to "follow".

We always used to sing

When shepherds washed their socks by night.

Did know the words but preferred the silly ones.

There's a shiny yellow disc like object in the sky here from time to time.  It looks vaguely familiar....

We have had sunshine for about a week and all next week too, but it is still so cold and the air is so dry.

We are all drying up ;D

Very very cold.  Snow still lays thick in the hedgerows and along the verges on high ground.  Yet at the coast  ::) positively balmy

Beautiful day today, warm where it is sheltered but freezing in the shade.

Went to our allotment today and did some seed planting in the propagation tunnel. I went dressed for really cold weather. The temperature was 82 degrees in the tunnel. I stripped off as many layers as was decent and was still boiling.

IT WAS LURVERLY
