We are going to the West Sussex coast, Rustington. It's a lovely private beach and it's dog friendly. The early morning dog walk is the thing I love most. I'm really looking forward to going. I don't really want hot weather just less rain and wind would be fine.

Got daughter back from her trip. They had to leave early as all the ferry services on the West Coast of Scotland are on Amber alert. It was a very wild journey and she was very glad to get off the boat.

She has told me about ten times that its so lovely to be home.    She has only been away since Friday 

Think we are in for a very stormy night tonight. Batten down the hatches everyone

Sunny but very windy here in the Midlands...OH driving up to Inverness this morning (working up there for the week)......not too good that part of the world today.

It's blustery!  typical Autumnal weather.  Not cold.  One dark cloud across the sky.  The wind is howling!

We are right in the path of this storm....its just starting to really crank up now with worse expected this afternoon.


Just hoping that we dont get too much damage or any power cuts.
