I don't know why we bother to buy any summer clothes. For holidays maybe?!
I am so fed up with this "summer". Football season will be here in a couple of weeks and that means it's autumn.

I liked the start of Autumn when I was a kid, if we were in the UK it meant it was the start of a new Dr Who series

Well first thing this morning it was quite warm & cloudy so dressed for that. Came home from shopping, it was freezing so changed into my jeans (I never wear them in summer, except this year). Hubby came home from work & it was even colder so I put on a warm jumper. Now the sun's out & it's warm again! Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Why the winter? Its dark when you go to work and dark when you come home. I only see the garden at weekends. Hate the winter.

I don't know why I love the Winter but I do. I love the feel of it somehow - I always have. I hate the long hours of daylight (perhaps I am a nocturnal person). I love to get up in the dark as then I feel like I haven't wasted any of the day. As the days begin to shorten then I begin to feel much better and more alive. I am feeling much better now that we have got past the longest day. When we get to the shortest day on December 21st I begin to feel sad. I get down during the summer. On the radio a few months ago I heard about Reverse Seasonal Affective Disorder so it isn't just me

I am not a gardener by the way.

This weather is suiting me fine! Enough sun to feel cheerful but not too hot. Can't stand heat, neither can OH and I always worry about my elderly mum too who can't cope with it either.

I'm always with Taz on this one, I love the dark mornings in the winter, love to wake and have my "me time" if I wake up late and its getting light, I feel like I've missed something... I can't explain it, its just a feeling of "discontent"
