We have a thread about noise irritation.

4 me it's mowers at any time of day  - lawns should be cut between 4.30 and 6.30 of an evening, once a week.  Never on weekends !

I agree with all this  plus everyone should mow their lawn at the same time, on the same day, and those that work should only do it once a month on a saturday at the same time indicated
