Glad you like it Mel. He is well known in America and if you watch Scrubs or House you will have heard a lot of his songs used as backing track.

I love Ben Folds voice and this song with Regina Spektor I think is great http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rspFcLcMZI&feature=related   The lyrics are quite apt too as we look across the table at our spouses sometimes...
