It certainly would be if men's gonads expired decades before they did.

Obviously it is a personal choice, but I believe in every woman having that choice and not just being told it's "dangerous" or merely a "lifestyle treatment" that we don't need.

I think if someone decides against hormone therapy, they need to have a really clear understanding of why they as an individual are making that decision and that they will have to be extra diligent regarding osteoporosis and cardiometabolic health.
