Keep a symptom diary leading up to your appointment cause this will provide useful insights for your doctor. Trust me, this helps a lot

There's Nutrition Geeks that contain 4000 plus k2, and cost about £10 for a year's supply.
They are advertised a lot by people on Tik Tok.
Does anyone take these? Would you recommend?
Not sure if 4000 is too high, especially for long term use.

3000iv is prescribed by GPs. I would be inclined to stick to that dose although a lower dose is sold in chemists.

I take 1000 iu daily plus K2 & my last blood test was perfect, I guess every person absorbs vitamins differently.

You can purchase Better You at any health shop or pharmacy. I got the last lot from Holland & Barrett.

Yes its the Better You Spray. I use the Vit D 1000iu one its a blue spray bottle & then Better You Vit K2 a purple spray bottle, 3 sprays of that and 1 of the Vit D daily, an excellent product.
