hello, I'm on continous progesterone and oestrogen. I bled for six months when I switched to continuous, but for a year have had no bleeds. But for the last few months I've been under appalling stress because of a slow break-up of a long-term relationship. It finally ended three weeks ago. I've been bleeding, sometimes heavily, for a month.
I think I read somewhere that excessive cortisol can mess with other hormones, but even so this seems extreme.
Though I suppose my body may as well be as deranged as my brain. I'm going to see the GP next week but just wondered if anyone had experienced similar.
