Hi 👋

I do have vaginal atrophy & urgency to go the loo .
I’ve not been the best these last few months with remembering to take my vagifem due to the loss of my Dad.
I’ve got back to twice weekly 2 weeks ago & do use yes Vm when having sex
I’ve no pains no bleeding , no smell .
But the watery discharge I had at the beginning is back this last week . Mainly over night I feel like I’ve wet myself .
Today when I had the 1st wee & wiped it felt a lot so I looked ( to much tmi sorry ) it was yellow not bright but mucus & yellowish discharge .
I’ve never had the yellow previous with Vagifem . I also had a bleed last month after 10 months . My sore boobs are back this week again like last month & a hormonal spot I used to get most months in my 20/30’s in the same place exactly !!
Could this all be hormones ? Can vagifem , yes cause this ?
It’s always been clear or white previously.

Hi.  Sorry about your bereavement. 

MayB put the VA treatment on your pillow to remind you to use it nightly?  Your vagina will benefit from a reload for at least 2 weeks to ease any dryness. 

My periods waxed and waned for years.  Could the yellow discharge be 'P' on the paper?  How is your fluid intake?

In the night mayB wear some light pads, to stop you worrying.  Let us know how you get on.

I have had yellowish discharge when my estrogen has been high. But I've also read on here it could be VA.

Hi Ladies , thank you for commenting and also for commenting on my lovely Dad .
I have actually put it on my bedside cabinet as of last week . My brain has definitely been more forgetful these last few months . My fluid intake it really good I drink a lot of water to help my bowels as I have diverticulitis .
I was wondering due to the other hormonal symptoms was it high oestrogen. Also I’ve had a little look & seen some ladies on here have it with VA . As I said in original no other worrying symptoms. It’s cleared more as the day has gone on .
I will do as you suggest & re load wear some underwear to bed etc . See how I  get on ,

Oh see my brain I forgot to ask Penguin  was yours also in meno / peri or when you were younger ?

I first noticed it in peri and it started before hrt when i was having massive fluctuations.  Zero signs of VA at the time so it was defo estrogen for me.

It’s cleared today , but still watery  &  I’ve slight period cramps , sore boobs  & body aches. I’ve looked back & it’s just over  4 weeks since I had a bleed ( 1st one in 10 months )  . It’s a rollercoaster menopause .

Thank you CLKD  I have . No period pain today & slight yellowish discharge back . Going to go with it as feel ok & think it’s all to do with the change . Im obviously in the throws of something with the boob pain & teenage spots 🫣
