Hello! Question about Estradiol Patch and anxiety.

Hi there, I'm 57, and been going through menopause for approx 4 years. Started with hot flashes, went to a doctor, they put me on Ditto patches 0.05 mg. Anxiety has just started for me, my legs ache, tingle, twitch, and my feet hurt all time and tinnitus (have had that for approx 25 yrs) but it hasn't bothered me until recently. My Vitamin D levels were at 13, so doc prescribed turbo Vit D, just started on B50 complex.

Just curious if anyone has a recommendation for a preferred Estradiol Patch, and if you think it helps with anxiety?
