Hi I'm 56 post meno eas on evrel conti but just changed to estand utrogestan continuously. Been on it for 4 weeks it's been the worse 4 weeks of my like I think I'm progesterone intolerant it suffered so much with mood swings, anxiety headache, itching been a emotional l wreck verging on suicidal. I was even taking it vaginally to ease side effects. I had a suspicion so I stopped utrogestan all these symptoms have gone I'm feeling calm and happy. I know I need to have progesterone but can I take 1 utrogestan vaginally for 7 days beginning of each month will that give me enough cover, im using 2 pumps of gel. Thank you x
