Hello everyone,
I am really excited to be here and wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I am deeply grateful for being accepted into this wonderful group. My name is Madison, I'm 57 years old, and I just discovered 6 months ago that I am going through menopause.

 Ooh,same age as me! Have a  good browse around and ask anything you want. Always someone who can help or at least understand how you may be feeling
