Animals on the loose
« on: September 20, 2023, 03:07:57 PM »

If it ain't dog attacks it's pythons on the loose  >:(.  That would have freaked me out  :o :o to find an 11 ft boa in my house!!!  It's not the 1st reptile to be enjoying the  Big Outdoors either, a few months ago Echo a kind of guana/dragon thingy escaped from a garden  >:(.  A couple of years ago a woman, who took her two pythons for a walk every day, allowing them to climb trees, was persuaded to hand them to the RSPCA.

How would any1 get a large snake down from a tree if it was comfortable  :-\ ???

The one in the News yesterday would have made about 3 pairs of very pretty slippers ..........

A picnic was interrupted when a hungry black bear approached a group of visitors, mounted their table and ate their food at Mexico's Chipinque Ecological Park in the state of Nuevo León.

Footage shows the animal devouring enchiladas and tacos just inches away from several people who sit frozen in place.

At one point the bear moves its head within touching distance of a woman who's covering a child's face.

After eating, it moves across the picnic table before jumping down.

 :o :o

A stray royal python has been found loose in a village, the second discovery in a week.

The reptile was spotted by a horse rider in a layby on Southbrook Road in West Ashling, West Sussex, on Sunday.

It was taken to a local vet for a check-up by the RSPCA.

It comes after another large snake, believed to be a pet, was discovered in a field in the village on 18 September.
