Hi all, still having some bladder urinary issues, although much improved since upping the estrogen cream. The Dr advised me to look at high dose cranberry supplements, any one had any experience with these?

I take the ones with combined probiotics, although I think the Dr might have suggested something else if it's not UTIs,have you ever tried vagifem pessaries, they helped a great deal with my needing to wee a lot etc, isn't life a hoot?

I was on the pessaries but I find I'm better with the cream, I think it moisturizes it at the same time 🤔

No proven Results with cranberry juice. What's the active ingredient in supplements? Why would a GP suggest something that is unproven
.
Which cream are U using MiriamT and how often? When I get the need2P I take 2 Nurofen 3 times a day to ease symptoms.

Vagifem or ovestin work well for many. As well as yes or sylc moisturiser. It's a bit Trial and Error. When I get the need2P ..........
