Hi. Not been on the forum for a while as things had settled but that didn’t last long. Ive been bleeding a monthly bleed whilst on Sandrena gel and Utrogestan and that’s been ok but now only 2 weeks after my usual monthly bleed I started again and am still bleeding and it’s now 13 days. I feel bloated and my tummy pulls most of the time. I’m on cyclical (12 days) of Utrogestan as still perimenopausal and I’m 54 years old. I’ve been on this type of HRT for 20 months now. Blood tests showed that I wasn’t getting enough estrogen from 1 1/2 sachets of Sandrena gel, so upped it to 2 sachets but the horrendous cortisol surges in the early mornings came back, so I went back to the 1 1/2 sachets. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution at all? I’d be grateful for any advice as I’m not sure where to go from here. Thanks.
