Hi - I started HRT in Sept. It was changed in Dec by the HRT Specialist nurse to Evorel 50 patches & Utrogestan 200mg per day as she said the GP had prescribed the wrong dose so I was still having side effects.
I then adjusted to the new dose and my periods settled but the only symptoms I still had were low mood, insecurity, anxiety etc but not as severe as I had before HRT. I was also still getting greasy hair, although again not as bad as previously.

I should mention that the low mood & anxiety was more when I came off the progesterone.

I could not get another appointment with this nurse for a month so I paid for a private appointment. They suggested trying Evorel 75. After a week on that I've got bleeding again, bloating & abdominal cramps so bad that I can hardly do anything!

Will this pass ? If not, I think I should go back to the Evorel 50 patch.
