After 18 months of not feeling great on Evorel 2x 50’s and Oestradiol level of 216, a consultant said they weren’t working properly so changed me to Femoston conti 0.5/2.5 instead. I queried that it seemed too low but he said not necessarily if the patches weren’t working properly. After a few days I felt absolutely terrible and promptly added a patch as well. He has now increased it to 1/5 after a oestradiol level of 173 but still feeling terrible (palpitations, headaches, constantly tired)so I have added a patch again. Has anyone gone up to 2mg and just wondered how they felt, my hormones are up and down like a yo-yo, feel like giving up completely with it at the moment. I would be grateful for any advise.
