I’ve seen a doctor at Newson health a couple of times. Can’t really afford to go back again let alone have a private scan.
My prescribed regimen is 2 pumps oestrogel and 100mg utrogestan vaginally every other day.
I find if I take it daily (vaginally or orally) I become an angry teary anxious monster. 
So I stick to every other day. However I just had a period after 10 months without- is that normal on my regimen?
I panicked and took 100mg every day vaginally for a few days and became a monster again.
So back to every other day… but the period worried me.

Oh I take androfeme too but that’s another story!

It's probably the regime aggravating your own cycle.

If U find that alternative day suits you, stick with it.  R U able to leave 3 days between to give your body a rest, someone will be along with proper advice.

Androfeme is testosterone which was prescribed by Newson clinic for low libido. I take 0.75 a day which blood test showed was being absorbed. Hasn’t made any difference.

I wish I could find a not too expensive specialist who was a psychiatrist who also understands hrt.
I think my family is going to kick me out quite soon.

Aww, Miffy I really relate to your post. It is so difficult to find a DR who understands the mental health side of menopause. Is there an NHS menopause clinic your GP could refer you to? I know there will be a wait though.

Any unexpected post menopausal bleeding should be investigated so I think you should see your gp and ask for a scan. Were you a year without a bleed before going on this as it's a conti regime? You can expect some bleeding in the 3-6 months of a new conti regime but not after 10 months. If you weren't meno it's possible your own cycle has come back to life and you might be better on a sequi regime.

@sheila99 it was 10 months since my last period apart from some spotting in the summer. I had a scan at the start of 2022 and things looked ok.
I'm 52 in case that's relevant.

@CKLD i have a husband and 2 teenage kids - i'm pretty hard to live with at the moment, emotional, teary, very irritable.
