Hi everybody,looking for advice about trans dermal oestrogen .I have just been told by G.p my levels are low after blood test and to swap Evorel patches for Oestrogel but isn't this a similar as it goes three the skin?I also had problems with Lenzetto .After nearly 18 months in wondering if it could be time to give up? I have also recently had problems with Utrogestan and have just changed to using it p.v.I'm taking multi vits and Kalms but still getting hot and can't sleep.After starting hot flushes at 46 it's now 10 years on in 56 and not really feeling very positive.I'm grateful for thoughts that could help?

I was taking 125mg,now on 4 pumps of Oestrogel.

It does sound like you weren’t absorbing from the patches if you were on 125.

4 pumps of Oestrogel is roughly equivalent to a 100 patch.

What we’re your blood test levels for oestrogen? x

My level was 150 but it's been  at least 6 months on the patches ,so that explains why I haven't felt right.I'm like I 've gr8 sunburn my face is burning /red at mo.Wonder if tablets might be better but G.p didn't have much time.Wether Bupa might be better?or give up hrt if this doesn't work. Just been looking into tablets could be an option.
