Evening All

Lots of changes this evening , first patch has gone on and change to mini pill from combined tonight too !! I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about these changes but feel I’ve got to try something ! Anxiety is my worse peri symptom and is making me panic that I will only makes things worse !
Anyone else just put there first patch on today ??

I put my first patch on
Monday so just changed for first time today. No big bang improvements yet 🤣

Me neither , not quite sure what I was expecting as I know it will take time to work but on  the plus side I haven’t felt any worse ! Fingers crossed we start to see improvements over the next few weeks / months
