Well, I did reconsider, Jaypo, and sent a wee “I humbly apologise” email. Keeping 🤞. As you say, a few pornstar martinis are at stake 🍹

Ooh, another thumping headache this morning
. I’m starting to think the cause is my pillows! The money I’ve spent on pillows and they still feel wrong

It is actually, CLKD 🤔. Ibuprofen (not nurofen) on my shopping list - blimey, the price difference between Tesco’s bog standard ibuprofen and Nurofen is huge

I’ve just had the same problem Songbird.
Bought new pillows from marks, and my necks better. Had the problem for months. Neck pain and headaches. All seem much much better. 👍
My pillows have to be soft, so I’m very picky when it comes to new ones.
So the new ones are a little high for me at the moment, but in time they’ll flatten.
Overall, I’m glad I bought some new ones now.

Ooh, never thought about Marks, Jill. I’ll have a look.
Headache lifted now. My brother, who drives for GPs (out of hours) insists on 1x400 of ibuprofen and 1x500 paracetamol for headache. It worked. Brothers are good for something

Nurofen and Tescos own are exactly the same songbird,so never waste your money. I have one of those memory foam contour pillows, think it's silent night that do them....fab!!

Feeling quite pleased with myself this morning
.
Re earlier post this week about parking fine.
After sending a grovelling "sorry for forgetting mum's blue badge" email, they refunded the money. Hooray
I'm sure mentioning menopausal brain fog got the desired sympathy vote

Done some weekend shopping.
Was glad to get home, raining hard, cold and miserable.
I’m still cold now! 🤨
