I've had 3 bouts of diarrhea today - lovely, I know  ;D.....I actually feel fine but rather reluctant to leave the house...
Hubby is in his bed with the same (but he is shivering like mad too 🤒)...

You would know if it's Novo-virus because it's sudden onset of cramps, up and down !  for hours  :-X. my sister had it a few years ago, never been so ill or felt so bad.  Took 3 days to begin to consider lifting her head off the bathroom floor.

Still can't decide  :D

I'm all clear on the toileting front 👍 ;D....
Other half, not so much. He went for a coffee with my brother - thankfully there was a free loo at the Hotel, shall we say. It came on rather quickly :o. He thought he was OK but nope...

I've awful pains down both legs, apparently it's due to bursitis .........  >:(  :(  inflammation of the bursa in the hip =radiation down the thighs.  Initially I thought it was sciatica.  I need to find the leaflet showing which exercises I need to practice with!  Off to swallow some Nurofen.

Otherwise ....... thus far  8)
