Restocked our cabinets - I sold 'well' last month 

Into a book shop to give books = credit, choose more.  Of course  ; it's like going to a garden centre and not returning with a plant 

Home for light lunch
1 hours weeding - found a struggling fox glove.  Very hot, now inside.

Morning shift done, Maggie walked, lunch, going out soon to clean up the garden of winter debris and weeds.  It has rained quite a bit so the weeds are having a grow party.  Weather is gorgeous today.

Maggie is recovering from her surgery yesterday. All went well and she's been pretty quiet, which is weird for her lol.  She came home not doing much of anything, just standing and not moving.  She didn't eat or drink anything until this morning. I was thankful for that because she needs to take her pain meds with food. She ate about half a cup early this morning and then another half cup when I got home from work. She's wearing a onsie instead of the cone of shame.  It's tightish so that she can't get at her incision. The back end has snaps so you can undo them when she needs to go out for a pee/poop. So far she's been dozing comfortably.

Oh. Little Maggie 🐶. Hope she continues to recover well 🙏.  My little cockapest Dylan  sends her a big sloppy kiss...

Thanks Dylan!   She is quickly getting her spunkiness back, we are trying to keep her from getting too crazy.  She's chasing her tail and aggressively back to chewing her bones as per usual.

Spayed?  They recover well with pain relief.

Yesterday I slept; watched wild life; went for a walk with 2 dogs and a friend on a new route for me; this morning trimmed back a couple of heather plants, fed wild birds and fish, topped up ponds; sat in the ☀️ with a cuppa.  Then it rained 

After lunch a hair cut here.  Hair brushed up ready to go outside for the birds/mice.  Cuppa to hand.

She's pretty much back to her old self, 2 more days of pain meds, and recheck next Wednesday when the onsie is off for good. 
Long weekend this weekend, weather isn't going to be all that great.

So gentle walks, cuddles on the sofa with a good book C.C.?

Up early.  Off to an antique fair and garden centre

Walks are gentle, until she sees a rabbit or a squirrel, or another dog. She can go for a couple of hours and then she needs a nap.  The rain has stopped and the sun is coming out so we may go for another gentle walk.
Looking to make the switch to adult dog food next week. She's not a puppy anymore.
Did the laundry, cooked and mashed a sweet potato for Maggie, went grocery shopping. It's too soggy to do any gardening today.

She can go for a couple of hours and then she needs a nap. . a Girl after my own heart 

Sat in the garden feeding wild birds until the ☀️ drove me inside
Sorted out the Sat papers, did the crossword
Moved chilly pepper plants outdoors

Light evening meal eaten followed by chocolate ice cream

Done the shopping.
Cleaned bathroom & kitchen.
Done 3 loads washing, & ironed OHs clothes for work.
Changed the beds.
😲 I need a hoilday!

Bought a static caravan on the banks of Loch Fyne,is just stunning there. Long day but at last we have an "escape "

We took our spaniel up there in 1991.  Lovely spot.

Oh yes songbird,lots of lovely walks,also Inveraray just across the water
