I've read that magnesium is good for anxiety. I already take high dose vit D, b complex, iron & omega 3. I've read up that magnesium glycinate is the best, but when i look it up in Boots or Holland & Barrett etc, its mostly magnesium oxide (which seems useless for anxiety & can have a laxative effect which will not be good for me as i already suffer with bowel problems with my cf).Does anyone take magnesium glycinate for anxiety & where do you get it please?Also, does it actually work? Thank you.
