We're going to start watching tonight Jaypo. Can't wait. JC interacting with the old guy is classic Clarkson - just love it.
Caleb keeps him right. Smart lad. He'll be making a pretty penny out of it too  ::)

Just finished watching “Better”, a really good, gripping police drama (right up until the very end  >:( )……
Another disappointing ending. There’s nothing worse than being totally engaged in a really good storyline to be left deflated with the ending  :(………
I’ll just have to console myself with a flat white and chocolate twist  ;D

I hate that when reading - all that tension and enjoyment then it fizzles out  >:(

The programme about our 'guts' has been an eye opener as well as Guy Martin's tramp around the UK discovering what it takes to deliver power across the UK on a regular basis without a gap in the supply.

We’ve just finished watching that too Songbird.
What a stupid ending. We both said, ohhh yeah, like that would’ve happened!

Finally got through Happy Valley, watching it in the background whilst doing other stuff, and fast forwarding the last 15 minutes. Around that point I remembered I'd not been that massive a fan of the first 2 series  :D  Meno brain!!!

Tried Better but it looked dark and too much like HV so has been consigned to the bin, and watching A Place in the Sun to cheer me up. Jasmine getting hacked off because the people with the tiny budget for the area want 17 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a balcony to accommodate the Royal Family and won't make an offer on the studio flat she showed them  :D :D

I wonder if anybody watched the films on Channel 5. They are all awful with names like 'Killer stepmother'.  ;D

Did anyone watch “Beyond Paradise” last night? I liked it. I have to say, Humphrey was my favourite Inspector in Death in Paradise.
The scene where the granny was at the dinner table was so funny - farting and then saying “thank you” while continuing to eat. I could not stop laughing 😆. Hubby was getting fed up with me!
I don’t know what it is but “toilet humour” makes me howl with laughter - I think I need help!
“An Audience With Billy Connolly” is my all time favourite comic performance (and it’s not because he’s Scottish! ;D)
