Anyone see Dr Chris last night, advising people to stop using medications?  The lady taking lots of pain relief for years and years was encouraged to stop …….. but the girl who he took for an icy swim to help anxiety seems to be struggling - but she is trying to wean off anti-depressant medication  :-\ …….

No one needs to suggest that I should stop my regime ………. it'll be a bucket of icy water thrown …….

;D ………. I know we don't always get the full story but I couldn't understand why, if the girl was suffering from anxiety, she had been given: and was trying to wean off: ADs  :-\

Para olympics has kept me busy too!

Like Dr Chris  :o and saw the programme. He's also in "Trust me,I'm a doctor" with Michael Moseley.

Anyone watching "One hour to save your life"? Amazing what they do!

Bet that the advert for the new Citroen car was fun to make  ::) but do tell me, why are they driving on the left side of the road when they are obviously on holiday abroad  :-\ ……… and the car has foreign plates though I haven't been quick enough to see where it's registered.

Just back to Bridget Jones for a sec sorry - brilliantly funny film, think it was the  best out of the three if anyone is considering going!!!

I'm currently enjoying Victoria, Our Girl, Cold Feet.  Didn't bother with the new Robbie Coltrane one last night as to be honest, I can't bear the storyline.....

Saw Bridget Jones Baby it was absolutely brilliant and really funny,!! Emma Thomson was hilarious playing the midwife too!!
The ending brought tears to my eyes too. Even my OH enjoyed it.

I'm getting fed up with Cold Feet already  :o - too many story lines at once!  Don't think that the Robbie Coltrane story should air quite frankly.  Topical doesn't make it 'right'.

So true CKLD.  It makes me feel very angry and we've had enough of it over the past few years on the news and so making a drama out of it seems over the top.

I often wonder how story lines get accepted - some shouldn't leave the minds of the writers leave alone be offered up ……….  :-\ - remember Towering Inferno which I refused to see ……... :(
