Glastonbury coverage anyone?  Tennis [Yawn] on in Eastbourne where it looks  :sunny: 4 a change.

Oh dear, someone is screaming in the crowd at Eastbourne, apparently taken ill or someone close by ….. so play is suspended.   :o  I thought someone had been stabbed or ………. it has given the players a break, one girl is in tears .

As an aside - does anyone think that the Nationwide advert is correct?  Talk about teaching kids not to speak to strangers  >:(

"Trust me I'm a Doctor, Summer Special" - anyone watch?  Interesting points particularly on the fact that cutting back on what we eat is the surest way to lose weight.  Also, apparently sitting and thinking about exercise helps tone up muscles apparently  ::) and taking a bath: although we weren't told when or how soon after eating: is good for us.

So will be buying lots more bubble bath this week.  Getting together my books/magazines and enjoying what I really knew  ;)

Now watching a programme about carp fishing and then it's Superbikes - all on +1 Channels so it won't be an early night  ::)

I did want to watch the 2 programmes about immigrants, told in their own words as well as Love your Garden - too much on, so little time  :D

Has anyone seen those adverts for Frey Bentos pies, they have me in stitches?

Stay with it in only lasts a couple of minutes.

Actually it is. I find sitting on my husband's gym ball for 7 minutes tightens up my core muscles as I make the effort to hold myself upright and still  :)

Not room for 2 though Babyjane?  Anyone remember those balls that bounced, usually orange with 'ears' to hold onto?

Tour on again ………….  ;) - which is where the Fray Bentos ads appear …………

oh yes. I remember those.  I wanted one so badly but, as usual, I wasn't allowed because I would 'get fed up with it'.

I had a pogo stick though (another thread)  :)
