Why not cook a heart - it's pure muscle after all?

It's a long while since we cooked a heart - usually a cow or pig - which was sliced and cooked slowly in very good gravy surrounded by carrots, onions, swede  - makes a good slow cook recipe  ;) - will be interesting to see how they get on later  ;D

This year's ad doesn't appear to have the dancing/performing grouse. I was so disappointed.

The ad this year has been rubbish, the Grouse was brilliant.

It has, dazned!  I came across it by accident and it really drew me in.  Scrooge and Fagin in the same story together - excellent!

Did anyone see Gareth Malone this evening?  He is sooooo talented!  The way he can open the door to music to people who never thought they could go there impresses me big-time.   He was preparing a reunion choir on tonight's programme and they're doing a concert on telly on Thursday.  I'll be watching!
