I just watched Private Practice tonight.  Haven't watched tv in four weeks.

The Bachelor is as American as apple pie or at least i think it is, and is really kind of dumb but I like the travel aspects and it is easy on my feeble mind.

Actually, I like a lot of American programmes, Trey, especially the HBO series. All our DVD boxsets are American - NYPD Blues, Sopranos, West Wing, Six Feet Under, The Sheild, Battlestar Galatica, Deadwood, Buffy................
And I admit to a great love of Sex and the City!  :-[  ;D
I think that the second series of Scott and Bailey is starting soon, Susan.  ;)

I like Dexter, we both like Fringe. Haven't seen Supernatural. I also like Trueblood. He liked Alias but I lost interest after one series.

Bette, me too. Sopranos was brill. Deadwood.... wow language was bad but I felt it fitted the scene. 6 feet under, The Sheild, Sex & The City... I love them all.
I also loved LOST but was a bit dissapointed with the ending. Shameless USA was good & I am really enjoying the Big C at the moment.

Dexter is back on next week,Channel FX (so I think you need SKY to watch it).

I saw it mrs p and thought it was dreadful - I should have guessed it would after the way it had been hyped up. I did watch the voice on sat eve and was pleasantly surprised at how positive it was. I then flicked over to watch the end of britains got talent which was the usual drivel. Defo won't be tuning in again that's for sure. Xxx

This morning I checked my cable TV bill and yep they had raised it again, Hubby had a fit and cut us down to almost basic channels. I do not miss anything, its all rubbish anyway. The only show we are watching now is The Killing, but how I miss those shows that made you race home from school to watch and it was usually on a Friday night.  :-\

We only have the basic package. The only things I'd like to see otherwise are on Sky Atlantic and I refuse to give Murdoch any of my money.  >:( I'd rather wait and buy the DVD boxsets.
OH is convalescing at the moment and re-watching Top Gear and Simpsons for the nth time. Mind you, I watched wall-to-wall Friends during my peri meltdown and have watched Sex and the City more times that I care to admit to!  ;D
