Anyone on Estradot, how do you get the backing off effectively 😞

Well 3rd patch lucky, I got it on no problems this time, except to begin with I tried getting the backing off on the wrong side and damaged the middle of the patch a bit 😆 dear me ladies, I might get it right one day lol !
