Delaying blled for holiday Everol and Utrogestan

Hi, I take Everol 75 and Utrogestan for 2 weeks. My bleed is still irregular, sort of 26-30 days but not after the progesterone, anytime!. Dr says this is fine as long as 1 monthly bleed. I am going away and my next bleed should be right at the start of my 2 weeks away. Has anyone delayed their bleed when irregular? Have you used Norethisterone?
