hello, does anyone know whether I can buy Oestrogel OTC without a prescription in France?

Hello there,
I live in France and all hrt medicine are under prescription only.
They announced that Vivellod patches are no longer produced...

 I was wrong! There is a lady who just bought oestrodose (oestrogel in France) (see her post).
