Hi - just to say I use Vagifem 2/7. The nights I use them I have noticed I get a deeper sleep.
When I did the 2-week reload recently I woke with a headache nearly every morning. I feel for me that there is some systemic effect.
I'm 63 and stopped low-dose tablet hrt a year or so ago after a bleed/hysteroscopy (though all was OK). D x
