Hi all,

Quick question.

So every 10 days before my period I got sore throat, and pain there and really bad anxiety symptoms - palpitations, shakey, nocturnal panic attacks, etc.

I've just started my new HRT regimen for 5 weeks now. The Mirena coil and Lenzetto estrogen spray. I won't lie, had some not so great side effects soon after (another topic).

Just trying to figure out a way to reduce these horrible symptoms that I get every 10 days before my period. Is it the estrogen that spikes during the luteal phase or progesterone because if it's the latter, I cannot do anything about that since I've a Mirena coil in that I can remove every month. However, if it's the estrogen that spikes, then should I forgo using the spray until my period shows?

Just need some tips and tricks to counteract hormone spikes and dips at this time of the month (luteal phase) as I'm not coping very well with it.
