I’ve just upped. My dose  of Evorel - don’t need progesterone- From 100 to 137 or a third of another patch . Stopped the palpitations and occasional night sweats which had started again . Also my eyesight improved .

4 pumps gel, equivalent to 100mcg patch. I was told by a specialist I could go up to 6. Some women who have problems with absoption have been on as much as 2x100 patches.
If it improves eyesight I think I need 500

I’m the same Winterose, I haven’t worn lens’ since October.
I’m on 4 pumps, recently went higher which was a mistake for me; felt grim. GP said up to 6 but I know of folk on 8 pumps plus.

I'm  on 2 x 100mg patches and 3 pumps of gel. Been on this regime a nymber of months now and still having symptoms unfort. Must have the skin of a rhino

I am on 1 pump of gel can anyone tell me what this is in mcg? Is it considered a low med or high dosage. Sorry to hijack your thread WR

1 pump of gel is equivalent to 25mg - a very low dose

Thx Sooty but the label says 2 pumps of gel delivers 1.5mg of oestrogen, so I thought 1 pump would be half of that, which is 0.75mg is that more or less than 25mg, I really am stupid when it comes to this sort of thing.

2 x 100mcg patches Estradot, twice a week. Some GPs tell me that's high; others don't question it. It still didn't fix my depression though, so I'm on anti-depressants as well. Relatively stable now.

Thank you for replies . Won’t be so worried ed when I next have to up the dose . First time I’ve upped it in 5 years but what a difference it’s made . The improved eyesight is huge bonus

Just increased from femseven 50 to 75 after 1 month. Feeling weepy anxious and low after 2 days   Ibs flare up too.  Have I increased too quickly? Waited so long to for HRT, now I'm soo deflated. Is this normal with an increase?

Might be better to start your own thread. My anxiety took 3 months months to go which is why you should use a regime for 3 months before concluding it doesn't work. I would go back to the 50 and give it a bit longer.
