VitaminD best absorption.

Just a wee note to say I read yesterday that VitaminD, best in D3 form, is most readily absorbed if taken with a meal which includes fats. I know we're all quite keen on D3 these days and I'm aware I take mine after instead of with, so just wanted to let you all have that heads-up. 😊

Good thing to highlight Postmeno3.  Also important to take vitamin D with vitamin K2 so that the calcium from the vitamin D ends up in the right places.  Vitamin D and K2 work together so that you get the maximum benefit.

I take mine before breakfast. Does this mean I have an excuse to have a full English breakfast instead of cornflakes?  :)

Go for it! I guess the milk in your cornflakes would count though! 😊
