Utrogestan can I change 12 days in the month

Hi can anyone give me some advice I started this on the 1st of February along with the oestrogen  gel, took it from the 1st to the 12th of February but had no period since (now 26th) my periods were very intermittent before but I think I've done it wrong ,( because the instructions confused me  )with the Utrogestan maybe I should have taken it from the 15th of February to 26th as my last period was around the 3rd December...help! can I change my second month to 15 to 26th of march?  If needed ie, I have a bleed in next few days?🙏

When you bleed the first day of it is day 1. Then take utro days 15-26.
