Hi Meno44, I hope you feel better ASAP. I’m learning as much about this as I can, it feels like going around multiple roundabouts backwards in rush hour!
I don’t know much about patches as I’m using gel but I assume you can put a patch on if things get worse although I really hope that isn’t the case.
I am not going to be a woman next time around!
