If Nature hadn't wanted us to cry, she wouldn't have given us feelings!  Why deny them  :-\

We’ll just to let you know that my anger is getting much much worse, I just can’t cope anymore. I just want to run away on my own and never be found. I can’t cope with the evil horrible person that I’ve become!

I think that I've answered you on another thread  :-\

Running away is a common feeling, but it won't take you away from the problem.  Other than having to engage.  MayB ring your GP tomorrow and ask for advice.  R U keeping your feelings to yourself? Have U read the 'hints for husbands'?

I have been in touch with my gp for years, there’s nothing else they can do for me. My husband doesn’t want to talk with me, he’s in denial that I’m struggling, he doesn’t accept that I have depression, so I have to just carry on with being blamed for everything

Your GP can do a lot.  There are plenty of routes for him/her to take.  MIND charity is also a good charity to contact, they helped me a lot when I was in trouble in 2015.
