Well my telephone appointment is in the morning,i am going to suggest patches again, but the last Dr who rang me and took me off the livial said they are just as bad,
My knees are very painful, also my hips are if i walk too much, as well as arms elbows and hands
Will update after phone call

"just as bad" as  :-\

HRT protects bones and heart.  It's 'replacement' for what the body is shedding - many forget that word which is important.  Do have a list of symptoms to discuss .

UPDATE;The same Dr who took me off the livial suggested a patch,i reminded her of what she said last time,
Anyway she agreed to patches but only have the Evoral Conti, which i was sure made my hair shed more,
The Dr said it's worth trying,it could have been a coincidence as it was already shedding,
Reluctantly agreed ,if that is all they had,otherwise it would be 2 separate regimes,which she said was a faff
Will see how it goes for a month initially, but she has given me 3 months worth
