any ladies out here suffer with  mucus in back of throat having to cough to clear it its driving me mad what would you recommend

I suffer badly with mucus I feel like I’ve constantly got a head cold. Post nasal drip.

I have this too. It is sometimes tolerable and when not I find Cavonia mucus helps a bit👍

I’ve developed this over the last few months and I find it goes alongside a horrible feeling feeling in my chest which I assume is indigestion.  This leads me to think the mucus is linked to digestive problems but not totally sure.  I’d be interested to hear peoples’ thoughts 😊
