Can you take maca powder if your on hrt I’m using the gel and progesterone tablets but have no libido at all so I’ve stated to take maca to try and increase it naturally I’ve heard you can’t get testosterone in the U.K. I’ve asked my doctor but got a stern no we don’t proscribe it!!

You certainly can get testosterone in the UK, several of us are on it. Testogel and Tostran are availability on the NHS, and Androfemme privately. However, getting a GP to prescribe it is another matter. Better to enquire at a proper menopause clinic.

Have a look-C in your local area for a menopause clinic.  Don't go to a Gynaecologist as they don't know much about menopause  .
